Join men of The Alpine Chapel as they enjoy great food, fellowship, and discuss the previous week’s message.
We will once again meet at the Oak Restaurant. If you are not receiving texts on Tuesdays to remind you of our lunch, please contact Richard Grice, and he’ll put you on the text list. (970-728-0646)
Selah Night – March 26th 6:30-8:00pm
Selah is a word used 74 times in the Bible—seventy-one times in the Psalms and three times in the Book of Habakkuk. It is believed to be a musical mark or an instruction on the reading of the text, something like “stop and listen.” Selah can also be used to indicate that there is to be a musical interlude at that point in the text. The Amplified Bible translates selah as “pause, and think of that.” On the last Tuesday of each month (this month it will occur on March 26th) The Alpine Chapel will be open to the community so that anyone can come worship and be refreshed by the life-giving presence of the Lord. There will be intimate worship and a time of corporate prayer for our community, nation, families, and churches. This is not an ordinary service, but a time of prayer and worship only. We hope you’ll join and invite others who hunger and thirst for God’s presence.
This is a small group of men who’ve committed to being discipled and are feeling a ‘call’ to ministry. They meet with Pastor Michael for prayer, study, and accountability each and every Wednesday evening. These are the future leaders and pastors that God is raising up through the ministry of The Alpine Chapel! If you would be interested in attending this group, please contact Pastor Michael.
