Join us this Sunday at 10am or 6pm, as we fellowship, worship, and study the Word together!
QUICK PREVIEW of message: Pastor Michael will be preaching in a message titled, “Dis-Covering the Kingdom” and our text will be Luke 13:18-21.
This message will be available to watch in High Definition, here on this site, within a day of it being preached. You can also watch it being preached live on our Facebook page, however, the quality will not be the same.
Selah Night – 6:00-7:00pm [the HOUR of POWER/prayer & praise]
Selah is a word used 74 times in the Bible—seventy-one times in the Psalms and three times in the Book of Habakkuk. It is believed to be a musical mark or an instruction on the reading of the text, something like “stop and listen.” Selah can also be used to indicate that there is to be a musical interlude at that point in the text. The Amplified Bible translates selah as “pause, and think of that.”
On the last Tuesday of each month The Alpine Chapel will be open to the community so that anyone can come worship and be refreshed by the life-giving presence of the Lord. There will be intimate worship and a time of corporate prayer for our community, nation, families, and churches. This is not an ordinary service, but a time of prayer and worship only. We hope you’ll join and invite others who hunger and thirst for God’s presence.
We are so glad you are checking us out. This is our latest service. Our desire is that Jesus, the Living Word, would touch your life during this time. If you click the sermon title, either above or underneath the video, you will find some questions for your small group or family devotions that will help you dig deeper into the message.
At Alpine Chapel, we worship each Sunday at 10:00 am. During the Sunday service we have full programing for infants-4th grade, but have our children sing and praise with us, then dismiss them to their class. Beginning January 19th, we will have a second service (identical to the 10am service) at 6pm Sunday nights.
Our services are laid back, you will often find our folks wearing shorts in the summer and our pastor wearing jeans and a t-shirt. The words for the worship songs are displayed on screens for all to see, and we’ll spend about 35 minutes hearing a relevant message from the Bible. (Listen to last week’s sermon here)
We have other Bible Studies and special events throughout the week. Please see our EVENTS page for more details by clicking here:
