All women are welcome to join as we study God’s Word together. The ladies meet most every Thursday, 10:00-11:30am (Please see this month’s calendar, in case this happens to be a Thursday where the Bible Study has been canceled).
For more information, please contact Wendy Cole at: email@example.com
Join us this Sunday at 10am as we fellowship, worship, and study the Word together!
QUICK PREVIEW of Pastor Michael’s message: The message will be from Luke 9:37-43a and is titled, “The Other Side of the Mountain”.
The Alpine Chapel body will be encouraged with God’s Word. Hard times happen, which is the Christian-esque way of saying “you-know-what” happens. Yet even when it hits the fan, it’s not without God knowing, being present, imparting peace, and being able to help us through them.
This message will be available to watch in High Definition, here on this site, within 8 hours of it being preached. You can also watch it being preached live on our Facebook page, however, the quality will not be the same.
Selah Night – June 23rd, – 6:30-8:00pm (This is a SUNDAY night, which is different than usual. Usually, we meet on the last Tuesday evening of the month, but due to other circumstances we needed to change this particular month’s meeting time.)
Selah is a word used 74 times in the Bible—seventy-one times in the Psalms and three times in the Book of Habakkuk. It is believed to be a musical mark or an instruction on the reading of the text, something like “stop and listen.” Selah can also be used to indicate that there is to be a musical interlude at that point in the text. The Amplified Bible translates selah as “pause, and think of that.” On the last Tuesday of each month (this month it will occur on April 30th) The Alpine Chapel will be open to the community so that anyone can come worship and be refreshed by the life-giving presence of the Lord. There will be intimate worship and a time of corporate prayer for our community, nation, families, and churches. This is not an ordinary service, but a time of prayer and worship only. We hope you’ll join and invite others who hunger and thirst for God’s presence.
We are so glad you are checking us out. This is our latest service. Our desire is that Jesus, the Living Word, would touch your life during this time. If you click the sermon title underneath the video you will find some questions that will help you dig deeper into the message for your small group or family devotions.
Alpine Chapel’s main service begins each Sunday at 10am. During the month of July we will add an early service at 8:15am. It will be identical to the 10am service, with one exception: no childcare at 8:15.
MOUNTAIN TOP SERVICE: During the “On-Season” we normally have a service at the top of Lift 7, near the overlook, at 12:45pm. Unfortunately, this particular ministry is under construction, which means that, as we are looking for team-members, we are placing this ministry on ‘hold’. We apologize and realize that this is going to be missed by many. Please join us at our main service, until we can get this powerful ministry/service up and running again.
We have other Bible Studies and special events throughout the week. Please see our EVENTS page for more details by clicking here:
